Founded in 1989, Kaz Jewelry is an independent fine jewelry studio built on craftsmanship, personal service, and a passion for creating jewelry with meaning. For more than three decades, we have specialized in custom engagement rings, bespoke fine jewelry, heirloom redesign, restoration, and expert jewelry craftsmanship.
Every piece is approached individually, whether we are creating an original design from the first sketch or giving new life to a treasured family heirloom. By combining time-honored jewelry-making techniques with modern technology, we create pieces that balance artistry, precision, and enduring quality.

MASTER JEWELER
As a master jeweler with decades of hands-on experience, Albert Kaz personally oversees the custom jewelry process from concept through completion. Design, CAD/CAM modeling, casting, stone setting, fine detailing, polishing, and final inspection are approached with meticulous attention to craftsmanship and quality.
Working directly with clients allows Albert to understand not only how a piece should look, but what it should represent. Traditional bench-jewelry techniques are combined with modern design technology to transform ideas, meaningful gemstones, and treasured heirlooms into distinctive, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
This hands-on approach gives each client a personal connection to the creative process and ensures that every finished piece reflects the standards that have defined Kaz Jewelry since 1989.
AWARD-WINNING DESIGNER
Albert Kaz (Kazanchyan) began crafting jewelry at the age of thirteen in his native Armenia, where an early fascination with metalwork developed into a lifelong dedication to fine jewelry design. His artistic heritage extends through generations, including the Kazanchyan Brothers Copper Company, established in the 18th century in historic western Armenia.
His formal training began at the Yerevan Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied metal art, jewelry, and bas-relief. He later expanded his knowledge through the study of antique jewelry and European design traditions and completed advanced coursework through the Gemological Institute of America.
Today, Albert’s background in art, traditional craftsmanship, gemology, and modern jewelry design informs a distinctive approach recognized for precision, creativity, and one-of-a-kind craftsmanship.
