Very Impressed
I asked for a custom engagement ring. From start to finish was very impressed with the professionalism and courteousness that I was shown. I had a vague idea of what I had in mind and Albert was great at offering useful suggestions while allowing me to still feel like the ring was my own design. Most importantly, my fiancee loves it!
