Albert was amazing to deal with when designing a totally custom and unique engagement ring. He included me in the design process after first getting to know my fiancé and her style. He was able to help me incorporate custom design elements that would make the ring completely unique, such as our initials in my own handwriting. My fiancé was absolutely floored when she saw it. Albert has also been awesome to deal with after the purchase. We had a small chip in the main stone (emeralds aren't as strong as diamonds), and he was able to design and make a great looking solution to not only protect the stone from further damage but also make the ring look even better.
